All DocBernard Computing PCs are shipped to you FREE of charge. Whether you are buying a ready-to-ship prebuilt PC or a fully customized one-of-a-kind build, shipping is always free!

For prebuilt PCs, what’s listed on our website is ready to go and ships within 1-3 business days of order. Depending on your shipping destination, you should receive your PC within 9 business days from the date you ordered, if not sooner.

For custom configured PCs, your unique PC will be built and shipped within 7 business days of DBC receiving your payment. Depending on your shipping destination, you should receive your PC within 13 business days from the date you ordered, if not sooner.

For bespoke designed PCs, your one-of-a-kind artwork will be produced and applied to your PC within 12 business days of DBC receiving your payment. Depending on your shipping destination, you should receive your PC within 18 business days from the date you ordered, if not sooner.

At this time we only ship within the USA, but we would love to expand our shipping options in the future.

If we have significant international interest we will work to add shipping to your country. Please let us know using the form linked below where you would like to see us ship to.

Getting your child a PC is a great idea! PCs are more versatile than consoles as they allow you to play games, download programs for school, get into coding, and so much more. Additionally, PCs can be upgraded down the road so a good quality PC can well outlast the current generation of gaming consoles.

Absolutely! We offer two different options for those wanting a top notch PC for productivity rather than gaming.

First, we offer some prebuilt ready-to-ship office productivity PCs that you can view here.

Returns & refunds are only eligible as detailed in our warranty. We offer a limited shipping damage or defective component warranty. Simply put, we give you 5 days from the date your PC is delivered by the shipping service to ensure that your PC is in full working condition. If you have any issues during this period with the function of the PC or damage from shipping, DocBernard Computing will cover the cost of replacement and return shipping as detailed in our full warranty (see here). We do not offer upgrade services. All DocBernard PCs are built new to ensure high quality and performance, which we can not guarantee when upgrading select parts of an existing PC.
